Track Your Order

Once your Ratnas order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.

How to Track

  1. Check your email or SMS for your dispatch confirmation from Ratnas Jewells.
  2. Click the tracking link in the message, or copy your tracking number.
  3. Visit the courier's tracking page and enter your tracking number to see real-time delivery updates.

Haven't Received a Tracking Number?

Tracking details are sent once your order is dispatched, which happens within 1–2 business days of your order being placed. If you haven't received a tracking number after 3 business days, please check your spam folder first, then contact us with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Metro cities: 3–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote areas: Up to 10 business days

Order Not Arrived?

If your estimated delivery date has passed and your order hasn't arrived, please contact us with your order number. We'll investigate with the courier and keep you updated.
