Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days across India. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
• A flat shipping fee applies to orders below ₹999. The exact amount will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order using our Track Order page.

Packaging

Every Ratnas order is packed in our signature gift-ready jewellery box—perfect for gifting as-is, no extra wrapping needed.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll investigate promptly.
